Capt. Black is involved with the CUC- Community United for Change. Every Thursday they hold a protest to fire NOPD Superintendent Ronal Serpas, from 12 noon to 1 pm, in front of City Hall at 1300 Perdido St. For more information on the CUC, you can call them at 504 251 2201. Please join !
